- organic cotton overlay in the color of your choice, which provides a comfortable environment for the baby while using the product.

After returning from the hospital, you can remove the waterproof cover and put only the cotton overlay on the pillow - this will give you a pillow that is completely natural and breathable. Pillow HYGIENIC by Poofi combines the comfort of a classic Poofi nursing pillow with additional functionality.
Use the waterproof cover when you need extra protection, for example, from the hospital environment or from frequent drooling. The waterproof cover can be disinfected, cleaned with a cloth and washed at 60 degrees C. The cotton cover can be washed in a washing machine at 40 degrees C.
Width of the central part of the pillow:
The central part of the pillow is quite wide, so you can also comfortably place a larger child on it. This feature will also be helpful in the first weeks of synchronous feeding of twins.
The height of the pillow at its highest point is 16 cm, the optimum height for a nursing pillow, which ensures that the baby is positioned at the right height - right at mom's breast.
This height can be modified and adapted to individual needs. By moving the filling, you can get any desired height of the pillow - even when you feed only one breast or if you prefer the baby to be positioned at a different angle.

Inset filling: hypoallergenic silicone fibers (cross crimped). The product has the ability to adjust the amount of filling. Inside the pillow there is a charge with a small zipper, through which the filling can be subtracted or moved.
Organic cotton is grown organically meaning naturally, free of artificial fertilizers and chemical plant sprays. Its fibers are tougher and smoother, making the yarn softer to the touch. There is more airflow between the fibers, making organic cotton hypoallergenic and non-irritating on the delicate skin of an allergy sufferer or newborn.
Care / washing:
The pillow is easy to keep clean, it has a removable overlay and a separate waterproof cover made of medical material that is resistant to disinfection and high temperature washing. The pillow insert and the overlay can be washed in a washing machine at 40 degrees C (remember1 when washing the entire pillow insert, do not use softeners!) The waterproof cover can be washed at 60 degrees. Follow the symbols on the product labels.

The arms of the pillow are based on elastic, thick rubber bands, which ensure that the pillow always adheres to the mother's waist. The pillow will not move, even if you reach for something, stand up or change position during feeding.

The middle part of the pillow has been slightly thickened and enlarged, so that the baby is always positioned at the right height - right at mom's breast. Such a design will allow mom to adopt a comfortable, upright, spine-relieving position during breastfeeding, while providing stable and secure support for the baby.

First the cotton insert is made - the heart of the pillow, the most important element, to which the whole pillow owes its final usability.
We sew the inserts in a small family sewing room in Bielsko-Biała, from certified cotton from a Polish supplier.
We stuff the inserts ourselves, using a specially designed and dedicated machine tailored specifically to the shapes and sizes of our pillows.
The organic cotton used for our covers (and other products) comes from a proven Polish knitting mill, with many years of knitting tradition and experience.
The fabrics are cut for us by the wonderful Mr. Piotruś, who together with his wife runs a small cutting room in Bielsko-Biała.
We sew the covers in the Świętokrzyskie province, where Poofi has its roots. All covers are sewn and delivered to us by Ms. Dorota, who has been providing us with consistent quality for 10 years (!) and is second to none.
Inspection, packing and shipping are done from our own warehouse, located in Bielsko-Biala.

It is a polyester ball, with very elastic fibers, with very good thermoregulatory properties, which is also washable and retains its elasticity for a long time. Each Poofi nursing pillow is packed in a practical suitcase bag, so you can conveniently take it to the hospital or on a trip. Our suitcases are also an ideal, safe method of storing the pillow while waiting for the next little user. We add a small gift to the packages.
- natural materials
We choose only reliable suppliers and materials confirmed by certificates of origin and approvals. Absolutely all semi-finished products used in the production of Poofi are attested by the Oeko Tex Standard 100 class 1 certificate. In addition, products marked *organic cotton* have a documented origin of organicity of the yarn used.
