The Poofi infant support pillow is particularly suitable for nursing premature babies and infants with postural asymmetry. The pillow may be used as a safe nest helping the newborn gradually adjust to the stretched-out position and ensuring a safe and comfortable sleep. The product minimizes the risk of involuntary limb movements (the so-called Moro reflex), allowing symmetrical muscle tension.

Thanks to its special shape, the pillow may also serve as a roller securing the on-the-side position. This function is particularly important in the case of infants with reflux as it prevents the baby from choking. In the case of older babies, the pillow may also be used to support chest when the baby is lying on the tummy. The pillow may also function as a stabiliser in baby car seats.

The arms of the pillow are fastened with a soft velcro, such as the one used in disposable diapers.

As a part of the ORGANIC&COLOR collection, it’s made of pure organic cotton free from artificial fertilizers or chemicals used in crop production. Its fibres are stronger and finer than regular cotton, which makes the yarn softer to the touch and allows better airflow between the fibres. As a result, organic cotton is hypoallergenic and will not irritate the baby’s delicate skin.

Available in four colors – honey, maroon, denim and light gray – it gives a colorful accent to the nursery.

Washable at 40 degrees Celsius.
